Heavy & Oversized Cargo Shipping Policy
At [NexFit], we offer professional freight shipping services for our heavy-duty and oversized fitness equipment (such as power racks, functional trainers, and heavy weight sets) to ensure they arrive safely at your doorstep. Please review our specialized shipping terms below.
1. Shipping Methods & Carrier Delivery

LTL Freight Shipping: All oversized and heavy items weighing over [150 lbs / 70 kg] are shipped via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight carriers.

Curbside Delivery Only: Standard freight shipping includes Curbside Delivery ONLY. The driver will unload the palletized shipment at the curb of your driveway or the edge of your property. Drivers are not authorized or responsible for moving the items inside your home, garage, or upstairs.
2. Delivery Appointment Required

Phone Confirmation: Once the shipment arrives at your local delivery terminal, the freight carrier will contact you via the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a specific delivery window (typically a 4-hour window, Monday to Friday).

Must Be Present: An adult (18+) must be present at the delivery location to inspect and sign for the shipment. Failure to be present during your scheduled window may result in a redelivery fee (typically $50 - $100), which will be billed to the customer.
3. Shipping Rates & Surcharges

Flat Rate / Calculated Freight: Due to the weight of these items, shipping costs are calculated based on the shipment's weight, dimensions, and your distance from our warehouse. Final rates will be displayed at checkout.

Remote Area Surcharges: Certain geographic locations (e.g., islands, extremely remote rural areas, or high-density metropolitan areas with restricted truck access) may require additional handling fees. We will contact you prior to shipping if any surcharges apply.
4. Inspection and Damage Policy (Crucial)

Inspect Before Signing: You MUST thoroughly inspect the exterior packaging and the pallet before signing the Delivery Receipt (BOL) provided by the driver.

Note Any Damages: If you notice any tears, crushed boxes, or open packaging, write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the driver's delivery receipt before signing. Take clear photos of the damaged packaging while it is still on the truck.

Concealed Damage: If you discover internal product damage after opening the boxes, you must report it to our customer support team at [chi108804.89b7kg@gmail.com] within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. Late claims may not be accepted by the freight company.
5. Return and Cancellation of Freight Orders

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order for heavy equipment, you must do so before it leaves our warehouse.

Interception & Return Fees: If an order is canceled after it has shipped, or if a delivery is refused by the customer for non-damage reasons, the customer will be responsible for both the initial shipping cost and the return freight shipping fees, which will be deducted from your final refund.
